06/02/2008  Enhancements made to Employer Based Reporting in Agent Center

We recently deployed enhancements to Employer Reports, which are now available in Agent Center. Notable changes include:

Adjust Data View & Dates
  • You can now control the reporting period by setting the reports' data view and dates.
  • Reports, by default, are generated on a paid basis. You can now customize reports on an incurred basis.
  • You can now specify report dates, switching from the renewal-to-date perspective to other options such as rolling year, rolling quarter, year-to-date, quarter-to-date and customized paid and incurred basis.
New Customization Center
  • Accessible from the Tools menu, the new Report Customization Center lets you tailor multiple reports from a single location. After selecting the reports you want to customize, you can add a title, set parameters and indicate if the reports should run once or monthly. An updated Report Maintenance page allows you to manage your scheduled reports as well.
View Custom Titles and Choose a Report
  • The title of a currently viewed report now appears in the upper left-hand corner of the report window. For custom reports, this will appear as the title you specify when setting the report parameters.
  • The document tray has been replaced by "Choose a Report," which contains a list of your default and custom reports.
