Probationary period explained for EmbarkSM , VantageSM and MotivateSM
We want to remind you that the probationary period on groups 2-99 for EmbarkSM, VantageSM and Asuris MotivateSM products is administered for the plan only as the first of the month following the elected probationary period. We do not allow for the date of hire to coincide with the first working day of the month and there is no customization of probationary periods available with these products. The groups must choose from the options listed on the GMA.
