Testing with new claims processing vendor is complete
In March we shared with you the news that RegenceRx®; had selected Prospective Health Services (PHS) as its new claims processing vendor.
We are pleased to report that the implementation and testing process with PHS is complete and coverage for all commercial membership went live Dec. 17. Additionally, the processing for Medicare and Asuris HSA Healthplan 2.0SM members will launch on Jan. 1.
While we do not expect to have any issues, we have set up an internal command center to handle any unexpected activity.
If you find that you need to contact your Asuris Sales contact for help resolving access issues related to the claims processing transition, the following information will help us resolve issues quickly:
- Member name and ID (and dependent code)
- Pharmacy name and phone number
- Prescription number and medication name (not required, but preferred)
- Name of the specific pharmacy employee handling the issue (not required, but preferred)
