Rate letter mailing may impact service levels
In light of the rate letters that will be mailed to Individual members today, we are anticipating an impact to our service levels. We have prepared our customer service specialists for the inquiries they may receive. We’ll be making out-bound calls as well.
When contacting customer service in the next few weeks, it may be helpful to call during non-peak hours, which are from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., Tuesday through Friday. Also, please remind your clients that they can receive information about claims status and payments at myAsuris.com.
