05/15/2007   Asuris Medigap sold only in Asuris counties

Please remember that Asuris Northwest Health Medigap (Medicare Supplement) Plans A, C, F and J can be sold only in Asuris counties, which include all eastern Washington counties except Walla Walla, Columbia, Yakima and Klickitat. There has been some confusion because the medicare.gov Web site listed the Asuris Medigap Plan J as being available in all counties in Washington state; this statement is an error and is being corrected.

Prospective members who live in non-Asuris counties (all Western Washington counties except Clark as well as Eastern Washington counties of Yakima, Klickitat, Columbia and Walla Walla) can enroll in a Regence BlueShield Medigap plan A, C, E, F or J.
