Agent Center enhancements are made
We’ve made improvements to the census entry in Agent Center to allow you to enter employees’ postal codes (i.e., ZIP codes) on the Employee Level screen.
Entering the actual postal code for each employee and dependent location will provide you with a more accurate quote to present to your client. To alleviate the need to issue a re-quote, please be sure to enter the accurate postal code for all eligible employees and dependents.
We’ve updated the census spreadsheet templates in Agent Center to include the postal code field. If you’re using a custom census template, adding the postal code field to your file before you upload the census will provide you with a more accurate quote.
