Group Certification process update
After evaluating our process for distributing the group certification notice, we’ve recently implemented a few changes that will eliminate duplicate notices for your groups. Also, we have created a cover letter that we will include with the copy of the final notice you receive.
Below is the monthly timeline we follow:
- Initial Letter mailed to group – 1st of the month
- Annual Group Certification due – 10th of the month
- Final Notice mailed to group and broker – 20th of the month
- Annual Group Certification due – 5th of the following month
