Physician/office manager satisfaction survey results are in
In an effort to develop and maintain a healthy relationship with the physician community, we use our Annual Physician and Office Manager Satisfaction Survey to assess the status of these relationships. The analysis and findings from this survey allows us to make improvements to processes that impact the physicians we work with.
The survey measures three areas of comparisons: ease of doing business, how fair the Plan is, and reimbursement. The most recent survey shows improvement on most measures for physicians and office managers. Overall satisfaction and loyalty among network physicians have increased since the baseline for this study was set in 2004.
While we continue to use survey results to make improvements, we are encouraged by the positive feedback. It is important to us that we have a good relationship with the physicians who provide care for our members.
