When it comes to exercising, eating healthier, parenting and navigating the health care system, we can use all the help we can get. Asuris members now have a place to find that support from each other: the My Community section of myAsuris.com.

In My Community, members can talk directly to other members on a number of message boards dedicated to topics ranging from healthy eating and weight loss to health care and support groups. Members also have an opportunity to chat with experts such as certified personal trainers, nutritionists and more on special hosted boards. Community Moderators are always present to help members keep conversations lively and on topic and to point them to other helpful areas on myAsuris.com, answer customer service questions, refer them to outside sources for help, or bring an expert into the conversation to provide a professional opinion.

You can help grow our community by encouraging your Asuris groups to promote myAsuris.com to their employees. Once online, they’ll be able to check claims status; view health and lifestyle content; participate in online wellness programs; find doctors and hospitals; evaluate care options; look up medication information, costs and formulary listings; and earn Asuris Rewards points.
