We recently launched Message Center on myAsuris.com, which provides members with simple and secure email access to Customer Service and Health Care Services. Members can now communicate directly with us to get answers to questions about their coverage, obtain advice about their own health and find resources that can help them better understand and navigate the health care system. All questions and correspondence communicated through Message Center will be addressed within two business days.
