Letter from Scott Kreiling
Four years ago, Asuris began our journey to transform health care by taking a hard look at what we needed to do to reduce the tyranny of health care waste, confusion and threats for our members and their families. I think you will agree that we are a much different company today from what we were a few years ago.
It’s been nearly two years since we launched myasuris.com and we continue to make strides to help our members stay connected. With the recent unveiling of Message Center on myAsuris.com, members can now contact Customer Services and Health Care Services through secure email access. And when it comes to staying active, eating healthier and navigating the health care system, members are finding support from each other through the My Community section of myAsuris.com as well.
During this time, we’ve also grown to serve nearly 60,000 members in Eastern Washington. To position us for continued growth, our new office space in the Spokane downtown business core will allow us to serve area brokers, physicians and members from a more central location. And with the strong leadership role of Brady Cass, I’m pleased to announce his promotion to director, Eastern Washington for sales and account management. In keeping with the momentum, I’m excited to announce that our Jump Start Sales Program will begin a new period starting with July 1, 2007, effective dates and run through the end of the year.
