Employer Center rolls out in waves
As we mentioned in April, this summer brings the launch of our revamped employer site Employer Center (www.employercenter.asuris.com).
Starting in July and continuing through the end of the year, groups of 100+ will begin receiving access to this secure site. Employer Center will provide your clients (and you via Agent Center) access to online information that can be sorted, filtered and extracted in a variety of useful formats (PDF, Excel and CSV).
Groups will be set up to use Employer Center in waves starting this month. To set up a group, an Asuris account manager will contact the employer directly to provide them with a conversion kit, which includes an informational brochure and the offer of one of the following training opportunities:
- Information only (no training)
- Training with the employer only
- Training with the employer and agent/broker
The conversion kit also contains a licensing agreement, which the employer will need to sign and return along with a list of employees who will need access to the reports on Employer Center.
You will automatically begin seeing clients’ reports as soon as each client is set up to access their reports through Employer Center. You will not need to sign a licensing agreement, as your access is covered under your Agent Agreement. If you haven’t yet activated your registration to Agent Center, you’ll want to make sure to register today.
Reports are just the first execution of our commitment to providing one convenient, online location for all the information you and your clients need to administer health care packages. Watch for future announcements about what else will be available on Employer Center.
