Letter from Jonathan Hensley, VP of Sales
As 2006 rapidly draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on some of the accomplishments we’ve achieved this year: introducing Asuris WellspringSM, our workplace wellness program; making Agent Center enhancements, including online renewals; being the first health care company in the state to make the WSHIP Standard Health Questionnaire available online; and seeing a year-to-date enrollment gain of more than 25% from last year. We recognize the role you played in our success and we truly appreciate you as a valued business partner.
Attendance at last month’s annual broker symposium, Asuris University, was fantastic. We recognize that this is a busy time of year and we appreciate your time and interest in hearing more about Asuris and what we’re doing to transform health care. Our survey results indicate that more than 92% of respondents rated this year’s event as “excellent” or “above average.” In 2007, we’ll introduce a broker training curriculum that will include product information and other industry-related topics. And, for those of you who thoroughly enjoyed our speaker, Dr. Dale Henry, and would like to hear a little more, you can visit his Web site to order his book “The Proverbial Cracker Jack.”
I’m happy to report that our annual broker bonus program, Ovation, will continue in 2007 with a few minor changes. We’ve also extended Jump Start for effective dates through June 2007. Plus we’ve added a new quarterly bonus for Individual business as well.
Earlier this week we released a broker survey to evaluate your perception of Asuris in the marketplace and how we meet your expectations. If you received a request to participate in the survey, I encourage you to provide your honest feedback. Your input is important to us and critical to our mutual success.
On behalf of the entire Sales team, we wish you a joyous holiday season and a very prosperous new year!
