Improved provider search now available on myAsuris.com
In response to our members’ feedback, we have made some big improvements to myAsuris.com’s Provider Search tool. Now, clearer, more relevant results make it easier for members to find a provider, facility or pharmacy. The new updates include:
- Quick Search functionality: This search sorts by relevance, much like a GoogleTM search. So members can now find doctors, practitioners, hospitals and more just by typing in a name, specialty, location or other keywords (e.g., "Spokane dentist").
- Improved Advanced Search functionality: Members can now search by network, location (city/state/county/zip) and specific distance from an address.
- New Google map: A map of the provider or facility’s immediate area is now available.
- Improved provider detail information: The details for each provider are better displayed and easier to read.
- Multiple Network Level indicators: If a provider offers services for medical and mental health, for example, members will see the network level (indicated by $ sign) for both specialties.
