Thank you for conducting business in the most professional and honest way and ensuring that our Medicare members receive the information they need to make informed decisions. If you are a certified MedAdvantage™ and/or Part D agent or broker, please follow the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) regulations described below.
Agents and brokers may not engage in the following practices or activities:
-
Practices that are discriminatory or that screen beneficiaries for health conditions
-
Activities that could mislead or confuse Medicare beneficiaries or misrepresent the company, its marketing representatives or CMS
-
Offers of gifts or payment as an inducement to enrollment
-
Door-to-door solicitation of Medicare beneficiaries
-
Distribution of marketing materials that have not been approved by both Asuris and CMS
Also, always represent yourself as an independent appointed agent or broker of Asuris.
