09/18/2006 Updates made to Online Enrollment Solution

It is with pleasure that we announce a significant update to Asuris’ Online Enrollment Solution (OES). This upgrade, with enhancements for our client group administrators, is scheduled to take effect on October 9, 2006, and will provide a streamlined data entry method that will minimize the number of screens used for information entry. This function is referred to as RDE, or Rapid Data Entry. RDE is available to groups with 26 or more eligible employees.

The data entry functionality has been improved for the group administrators and will not affect the self-service option for members. The RDE changes are based on input received from group administrators and brokers over the past several years.

All group administrators currently using OES will be notified of this change by October 9, via email. We don't expect that they will need any special training.
