09/18/2006 Medicare Part D Retiree Drug Subsidy deadline approaching

If you have employer groups who want to participate in the RDS Program for the 2007 plan year, those groups must submit a new application via the RDS Secure Web Site no later than 90 days prior to the start of the plan year. So if a plan year runs from January 1, 2007, to December 31, 2007, the group will need to submit their application by October 2, 2006.
