08/21/2006 Agent reappointment information mailed

Earlier this month we mailed reappointment information to appointed agents and agencies. In order to maintain your appointment with Asuris, please return the requested paperwork—including the agent agreement, evidence of E&O coverage and a copy of your Washington agent license(s)—in the envelope provided. We will send your Appointment Certificate to you in early September, provided we receive the completed documentation.
