06/05/2006 Individual Rate Sheets Corrected

We recently shared with you and your Individual clients the good news that rates are going down in July.

However, we were so excited about the lower rates that in our original mailing to members, we included an incorrect rate sheet. We’ve sent our Individual members letters and corrected rate sheets, and we’ve posted on our Web site corrected rate sheets for Asuris Clarity^SM, as well as our PPO and HSA-qualified products. We apologize sincerely for any confusion or inconvenience. As you will see, the differences are minor—and in some instances, there is no difference. In all cases, the July rates are still lower.

We still think this is great news, and hope you agree. On average, rates are going down by 5%, and there will be no age-band changes until July 2007. No matter how you look at it, your clients are saving money all because we, as a community, have taken important first steps toward taking charge of our health.
